This role is a critical strategic HR leadership position responsible for partnering with leaders across multiple business entities, shaping people strategies, driving organizational transformation, and delivering impactful people solutions that enable business success.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting Bayer's Dynamic Shared Ownership (DSO) transformation agenda while operating within Bayer's collaborative and agile People Partner model. The ideal candidate will bring strong people partnering experience, deep Employee and Labor Relations expertise, experience working in unionized environments, and a proven track record supporting multinational organizations operating within Global Business Services (GBS) or matrix environments.
