This role is responsible for maintaining system integrity, supporting maintenance planning activities, and ensuring accurate asset, inventory, and performance data. The CMMS Administrator partners closely with Maintenance, Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to drive data accuracy, improve system utilization, and support operational efficiency through reporting, analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
About the Maintenance & Engineering Team You will join a Maintenance and Engineering team focused on equipment reliability, asset management, and operational excellence. The team works closely with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Technical Operations to support efficient and compliant facility operations while driving continuous improvement in maintenance processes and systems.
Key Responsibilities CMMS Administration Administer, configure, and maintain the BMRAM CMMS platform. Manage system access, permissions, and security.
Support system upgrades, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data governance standards.
Train users and provide ongoing system support. Asset & Maintenance Management Maintain asset master data, including equipment records, BOMs, locations, warranties, and maintenance history.
Manage preventive maintenance programs, schedules, and work order workflows. Track asset performance, downtime, labor utilization, and maintenance costs.
Maintain maintenance procedures, failure codes, and supporting documentation. Support annual shutdown planning and maintenance optimization activities.
Reporting & Analytics Develop and maintain KPI scorecards and performance dashboards. Analyze maintenance metrics, including MTBF, MTTR, asset reliability, and planned versus unplanned maintenance.
Generate standard and ad hoc reports to support operational decision-making. Systems & Inventory Support Support integrations between CMMS and plant, automation, engineering, and business systems.
Maintain barcode, mobile device, and related CMMS technologies. Partner with vendors and internal teams to support inventory management, material tracking, and stock control activities.
Qualifications & Experience Required: Associate degree in a technical discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum 3 years of experience in CMMS administration, maintenance planning, asset management, or a related field.
Experience with CMMS platforms such as BMRAM, Maximo, SAP PM, or similar systems. Strong analytical, reporting, and data management skills.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining data accuracy and attention to detail. Preferred: Experience with Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) methodologies.
Working knowledge of manufacturing equipment, facilities systems, and industrial utilities.
