Your role

Commercial team point of contact for reporting progress and closure of Customer technical needs, quality related notifications to the internal functions for communication to the customer

Monitor high visibility customer technical requests, communicating with Sales, engineers, sourcing and manufacturing on status, at risks, and estimated timelines

Support general equipment proposals as needed to support the customers with Sales team

Provide technical sales support to customers as needed for spare parts and minor spec gas and chemical precursor equipment questions

Sales interface for Start-up services opportunities in region.

Coordinate with the Sales and appropriate internal individuals to help facilitate the closure of manufacturing and engineering offline issues

Assist the Sales team with engineering team for TRM/TEM for Korea customers

Flexibility in dealing with competing priorities, have the skills for developing solutions for customer needs and a willingness to work in a fast-paced organization.

Indirect leadership/influence of Korea Purchasing, Quality, Manufacturing, Field Service team and Engineering teams to guide the prioritization of Korea customer related projects and Customer support.

Who you are

Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree Preferred or 5+ years in the Semiconductor industry

5-10 years of work experience in Gas/Chemical cabinet

5-10 years of project management or Engineering experience in Semiconductor Delivery systems or Service

Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with global leadership and cross-functional teams.

Equipment experience in Gas/Chemical cabinet is a plus
