Your Responsibilities Lead and drive global finance transformation programs and strategic initiatives aimed at advancing and modernizing the finance organization Develop, design, and execute a future-oriented finance roadmap in close collaboration with the Global Finance Leadership Team Identify, prioritize, and implement optimization, automation, and standardization opportunities across global finance processes Design, implement, and continuously enhance governance structures, KPI frameworks, and reporting mechanisms to ensure sustainable management and performance of the finance organization Take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of complex international projects while ensuring compliance with timeline, quality, governance, compliance, and risk management requirements Collaborate closely with Finance, IT, and other international business functions to develop and implement global solutions and best practices Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and ensure effective collaboration between Finance and IT Support the selection, design, and implementation of a global consolidation solution, including defining business requirements, evaluating suitable systems, and guiding the implementation process Apply professional change management methodologies to successfully introduce new processes, systems, and technologies while fostering organizational adoption and engagement Coach, mentor, and support the development of team members while actively promoting a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration Your Profile Successfully completed university degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Several years of solid professional experience in finance, with a proven track record of delivering international transformation and optimization projects Extensive experience leading global ERP, finance transformation, and consolidation projects with full ownership and accountability Strong knowledge of modern project management methodologies and standards, such as PMI and Agile. Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA FI/CO, Group Reporting, and global end-to-end finance processes (R2R, PTP, OTC) Deep understanding of financial consolidation processes, consolidation solutions, and their integration within complex finance system landscapes Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft 365 applications.
Business fluent English language skills, both written and spoken Strong strategic mindset combined with excellent analytical capabilities High level of execution excellence, coupled with a strong results- and solution-oriented approach. Ability to translate complex financial and technical topics into clear, management-level presentations and decision-making materials Confident and persuasive presence when interacting with international executives and key decision-makers.
Excellent communication skills and demonstrated experience in change management High degree of initiative, strong organizational skills, and enthusiasm for working in international and cross-functional teams Ability to act as a trusted advisor and sparring partner to Finance Leadership and cross-functional stakeholders at all organizational levels Ready to make a difference with us?
