Your new position As our new Student Assistant in Medical Affairs, you will join the Medical Affairs Operations team and support the day-to-day running of Medical Affairs Teams' meetings and operations. This is a broad, hands-on role for someone ready to take initiative and learn across multiple work streams.
We offer exciting responsibilities: Support execution of meetings in Medical Affairs, including the Medical Affairs Teams site and day-to-day operations Assist the Process Development and Operations Manager with external engagement tasks, including contracting, transparency reporting, and other compliance-related activities Support Smartsheet development and tracking for the obesity team Provide operational support for international congresses, including room scheduling and session tracking Your profile You are thorough, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently while asking questions when needed. You bring an enthusiastic, flexible, can-do attitude and enjoy collaborating as part of a team to get things done.
Currently enrolled in a study program (Bachelor's or Master's) and have completed at least two semesters of a Bachelor's degree in a medical, science, or business field Skilled in MS Office, with strong PowerPoint and slide development skills Comfortable working with AI-powered tools, with experience applying them to areas such as event planning considered an advantage Strong collaboration and communication skills Fluent in English Your new team This position is part of the Medical Affairs Operations team within our Medical Department. Medical Affairs provides medical leadership with market preparation on all Zealand Pharma products and therapies and supports our internal stakeholders with medical insight and expertise.
