Job Function: Human Resources Job Sub Function: Employee & Labor Relations Job Category: Professional All Job Posting Locations: Prague, Czechia Job Description: We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive person to join our team in Prague as Senior Employee & Labor Relations Delivery Partner with Dutch .

You will be responsible to support employees and people leaders from Belgium, Netherlands, and the Nordics remotely with a variety of requests, ranging from disciplinary measures to policy interpretation, performance management, and conflict resolution. You will also be the main point of contact for our local specialists and aid them in their operational activities, with reporting on employee data, and maintaining compliance with global operational guidelines.

Most importantly, be a guardian of our Credo and Code of Business Conduct! Ensure that our employees are treated with dignity and respect, while maintaining high levels of trust and integrity in the handling of confidential matters.

Moreover, you will help business leaders as well as colleagues from other HR departments understand local HR policies and relevant legislation. In this role you will acquire experience in the practical application of labor and employment law, and HR policies.

Our structured development plan will prepare you for increasingly sophisticated challenges and allow you to grow as a dedicated HR Professional. Key Accountabilities: Coach managers and help them identify appropriate actions to address issues with their employees Answer employee and people leader inquiries regarding HR policies, performance management, employment law, and contracts using a ticketing system Collaborate with our local HR and labor law specialists on the resolution of complex inquiries.

Manage and provide insights to labor relations representatives. Act as a coordinator between our experts on site and the regional HR Shared Services organization.

Prepare disciplinary and termination documents. Engage with and manage stakeholders from all levels of the business, HR, and labor relations Identify and coordinate region wide harmonization and improvement projects within the team.

Strong in stakeholder management and shine in effective communication. Coach team members on ERLR related topics, drive process standardization, and increase process delivery capabilities.

Acts as a leader in the team, is a change agent in the team and can lead projects independently end to end. A continuous improvement mindset; works towards improving our processes and services.

Is tech savvy and is proficient in working with data & analytics; can leverage data in decision making and understands the impact of our actions on KPIs and SLAs. Builds internal and external relationships to provide holistic solutions within the OneHR framework.

Demonstrates strong business acumen with the ability to understand and integrate business priorities into ERLR processes to support organizational objectives. Strong knowledge and understanding of local labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications Required: A bachelor's degree or equivalent in relevant work experience. At least 5 years of work experience, with relevant experience in HR / Employee Relations Proven experience leading projects, strong organizational skills, attention to detail Strong communication skills Proven ability to handle customer requests related to policies, performance management, disciplinary actions and grievance investigations Capability to manage stakeholders, build positive working relationships, and meaningfully advance objectives Proactivity, sense of ownership, follow-through, discretion, integrity, good judgment Strong labor law understanding Mentality that prioritizes quality and the best possible end-to-end experience for our employees Advanced knowledge of SalesForce Case Management system and MS Office (specifically Excel) Embodies a growth mindset, has the ambition to learn and develop, eagerness to tackle meaningful and confidential tasks Enthusiastic teammate with a strong desire to build a positive work environment Languages: Dutch, English and any other relevant European language (business proficient) Are you interested in joining a multinational team with multifaceted and meaningful work?
