As a highly experienced R&D Engineering Program Lead, you will play a critical role in driving execution across complex R&D integration initiatives that support strategic business growth. Partnering closely with engineering leaders and cross-functional technical teams, you will lead planning, coordination, tracking and operational execution to help deliver high-impact programs on schedule. This individual contributor leadership role combines engineering insight with R&D operational excellence to establish scalable execution practices, improve visibility through metrics and dashboards, and influence successful outcomes across a global R&D organization. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to work from our Valencia, CA office at least three days per week. This is a defined term role with an expected duration of 24 months from the employee’s start date. Based on business needs and individual performance, there may be an opportunity for this role to be considered for regular full-time employment in the future. font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Lead the strategy, planning, tracking and execution of R&D activities for complex, cross-functional acquisition integration programs.</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in; line-height: normal; margin-top: 0in; margin-right: 0in; font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Develop and manage technical R&D project plans to ensure on-time delivery, provide day-to-day coordination and ensure high-quality execution.</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in; line-height: normal; margin-top: 0in; margin-right: 0in; font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Drive escalations and resolution with R&D leadership related to timeline, resource and project plan changes.</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;
