The role provides hands-on experience with Power Platform, AI tools, and digital enablement activities within a global environment.  </p><p> </p><p><strong>Your Tasks & Responsibilities: </strong></p><p> </p><ul><li>Support development and maintenance of Power Apps solutions</li><li>Assist in creating and documenting simple Power Automate workflows</li><li>Test new features, applications, and AI-related solutions</li><li>Report bugs and suggest usability improvements</li><li>Prepare user guides, instructions, and documentation</li><li>Support AI initiatives by testing prompts, agents, and use cases</li><li>Assist the team with day-to-day digital projects and activities</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Who You Are: </strong></p><p> </p><ul><li>Student or recent graduate (IT, Business Informatics, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related fields)</li><li>Interest in AI, automation, digital solutions, and technology</li><li>Strong curiosity and willingness to learn</li><li>Good analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools; Power Platform knowledge is a plus</li><li>Good English communication skills</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>What We Offer:</strong></p><p> </p><ul><li>Hands-on experience in digital transformation and AI initiatives</li><li>Exposure to Power Platform, AI solutions, and automation projects</li><li>Opportunity to work with an international team</li><li>Mentoring and learning opportunities within MOS Digital Team</li></ul><p> </p><p>At Bayer, we are committed to transparency, equal pay for equal work or work of equal value, and objective reward practices.<br>The minimum gross monthly salary for this role is 31,40  PLN per hour.
