In this role you will support existing Bayer Solutions Architects on a variety of projects and initiatives related to Microsoft Exchange, including architecture topics, migrations, and operational tasks.

This is a long-term engagement with the intent to contribute across multiple projects over time.</div><div>You will be fully integrated into the Collaboration Solutions Squad and will work closely with other squads such as Infrastructure, Security, and Identity & Access Management.</div><h3> Key Tasks & Responsibilities </h3><ul><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Support Exchange architecture and migration initiatives</li><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Assist in designing and implementing Exchange Server architectures (On-Premises, Hybrid, and Exchange Online)</li><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Contribute to migration projects (e.g. On-Prem to Exchange Online), including planning, execution, and post-migration support</li><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Participate in architecture reviews and provide input on best practices</li><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Perform Exchange administration </li><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Support operational tasks related to Exchange environments</li><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Automate administrative processes using PowerShell</li><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in collaboration with the architecture team</li><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Work with infrastructure, security, and identity management to ensure seamless integration</li><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Document architecture decisions, migration plans, and operational procedures</li><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Communicate technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders</li></ul><h3> Qualifications & Competencies </h3><ul><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Strong understanding of Azure Active Directory (AAD), Conditional Access, and Identity Management</li><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Solid experience with Microsoft Exchange (On-Premises, Hybrid, Exchange Online)</li><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Experience with PowerShell scripting for Exchange administration and automation</li><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Understanding of hybrid architectures and cloud connectivity</li><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Good knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, SMTP, mail flow, certificates, and firewall concepts</li><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Experience with Azure networking (VNets, NSGs, VPN, ExpressRoute)</li><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Familiarity with security and monitoring solutions (e.g.
