What you will do: Deliver accurate and timely HR administrative support to employees, managers, and HR colleagues while ensuring compliance with established HR processes. Manage employee lifecycle transactions and maintain data accuracy across HR systems.
Prepare and process HR-related documentation in line with company standards and local legal requirements. Collaborate with HR Shared Services and specialist HR teams to resolve employee and manager queries efficiently.
Identify recurring issues, document solutions, and contribute to knowledge-sharing resources that improve case resolution. Support continuous improvement initiatives by recommending process and operational efficiencies.
Take ownership of service delivery targets and contribute to a high-performing, customer-focused HR service environment. What we are looking for: Fluency in German and English , both written and verbal.
Experience in HR administration, shared services, customer service, or a similar operational support environment. Strong organizational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and customer focus. Experience working with HR systems and technology; knowledge of Workday , ServiceNow , and Microsoft Office is advantageous.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across teams and functions.
