As Lebrikizumab enters its first commercial year, this role is responsible for leading a high-performing team and cross-functional organization to drive successful launch execution, build strong expert partnerships, accelerate patient access, and establish the foundation for long-term growth.
This role will work closely with Global teams and key internal stakeholders, including Medica, PRA, Communication, E&C, etc., to translate strategy into clear business opportunities. Key Responsibilities Brand Strategy & Business Leadership Lead the development and execution of integrated brand strategies for dermatology and pediatric indications.
Identify growth opportunities and translate strategic priorities into impactful business plans and execution. Drive business planning, performance management, and resource allocation to achieve short- and long-term business objectives.
Serve as the key interface between China and Global Brand Teams. Drive localization of global strategies and ensure China market opportunities are represented in global planning.
Launch Excellence Lead end-to-end launch strategy and execution to establish Lebrikizumab as a leading brand in AD and secure strong share of voice within the dermatology and pediatric communities. Build and strengthen strategic partnerships with national and regional thought leaders through sustainable engagement platforms.
Foster local-global expert collaboration to accelerate scientific exchange and support early adoption of Lebrikizumab. Continuously assess market dynamics and business performance to optimize launch strategies and execution.
Market Access & NRDL Readiness Lead cross-functional efforts to strengthen Lebrikizumab's value proposition and ensure readiness fo 2027 NRDL Inclusion. Partner closely with PRA, Medical Affairs, and other key stakeholders to advance product access and customer/consumer experience.
Field Force Enablement Ensure field teams are equipped with differentiated brand messaging, strong scientific narratives, and effective engagement tools. Drive strong alignment Marketing, Medical, RTA, and Sales teams to maximize customer impact and execution excellence.
