Position Description Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: Lead, develop, and monitor all phases of the program/projects from feasibility, planning, execution, and closure aligned to SOPs and PMO business processes. Oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serve as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management.

Lead extended cross-functional operations team to ensure on-time and on-budget performance. Review status of projects and budgets; manage schedules and prepare status reports. Manage projects end-to-end, including manufacturing facility setup, line qualification, and technology product transfer implementation.

Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients. Required Knowledge and Experience Bachelor’s degree required in technical fields such as Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Material Science, Chemical Engineering, or related technical discipline.

Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience with 3+ years of managerial experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience including 3+ years in managerial roles, preferably within medical devices or other regulated industries. Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt and PMP certification preferred. Able to travel for extended period (air and ground, domestic and international).

Strong written and verbal proficiency in English and Malay to effectively communicate with stakeholders across APAC, Europe, and the United States.
