Your Role
As Expert in our Controlling Excellence Center you bring a wide experience around manufacturing and standard costing processes. Your are responsible for supporting multiple manufacturing sites around the globe. As CEC Expert you are part of a dynamic team, working transversional within the Global Healthcare Operations Organization and are in charge to shape the financial setup, standardize processes and optimize across the network.
The CEC Expert will implement our controlling strategy, ensuring precision, compliance, and operational excellence fostering collaboration with Finance team, Site Controlling leads and global stakeholders.
Who you are
- ✓Curious mind with can-do attitude and continuous improvement mindset
- ✓Bachelor/Master’s degree in a business-related discipline
- ✓Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial (manufacturing) organizations
- ✓Proficient in SAP CO and FI modules with a strong knowledge on product costing
- ✓Genuine interest to embrace and work with AI technologies
- ✓Proficiency in spoken and written English; other language such as German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian or Chinese is/are a plus.
- ✓Advanced usage of TM1, MS Office (e. g. Excel and Power Point, Power BI Knowledge is a plus)
The position is located in Spain (Madrid) and will be remote work.
