Job Title: Field Marketing Manager – Chemistry, South Korea
Your role: The Field Marketing Manager – South Korea is responsible for accelerating growth of the Chemistry Portfolio, especially an Analytical Chemistry portfolio by executing portfolio strategy into customer-facing programs, enabling commercial teams, driving workflow adoption, generating pipeline, and acting as the voice of the Korean market. The key responsibilities are:
- ✓Drive portfolio strategy in the field through execution of franchise/marketing-aligned growth initiatives, country marketing initiatives, and targeted marketing campaigns.
- ✓Develop and execute tactical plans, including training and enablement for Specialists and Account Managers.
- ✓Lead high-impact customer engagement programs, including seminars, webinars, tabletop events and trade shows.
- ✓Support growth of New Product Introductions (NPIs), Strategic workflows, and Top 5K products
- ✓Generate pipeline, accelerate sales opportunities, and deliver revenue growth.
- ✓Develop relationships with KOLs at CROs, Pharma, Academia, Environmental, and Food Testing laboratories
- ✓Act as the voice of the customer (VoC), translating market and customer insights into product development, positioning, and portfolio strategies.
- ✓Partner with Commercial Leadership, Portfolio Workflow Leads, and Campaign Marketing teams to align go-to-market plans with regional priorities and revenue objectives.
- ✓Serve as the regional expert on competitive landscape, market trends, and customer needs
Who you are
- ✓Masters with 5+ Years experience in Sales/Marketing or Product Management in Life Science space
- ✓Strong portfolio understanding of Chemistry/ Analytical Chemistry Products and Market knowledge
- ✓Strong Analytical Skills with Tableau, Palantir, SFDC and Salesforce Marketing Clouds
- ✓Skilled in Presentations, creative scientific content and using AI tools
- ✓Strong commercial acumen with clear accountability mindset
- ✓Nice to have PhD in Life Science, Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry /MBA
