Your main responsibilities will be: Creates and updates documents based on project, medical strategy, and budget plans. Imports and reports upon clinical and product level metrics. Delivers clinical information and reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
Under general supervision, disseminates evidence from clinical trials through compliant communications with healthcare professionals and stakeholders. Directs individuals regarding medical affairs expertise and support to Product Development teams and Medical Affairs teams. Provides medical interpretation of data to internal and external parties.
Assists in the management of key links into global brand clinical activities by maintaining collaborative working relationships with medical physicians. Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes, and responsibilities. Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team Qualifications: • MD is desirable or Health science related • People management experience is highly desirable • Expertise in Immunology is desirable • Experience leading launches is highly desirable • 6-8 Years Work Experience in pharma industry ideally in Medical Affairs as Medical Manager, proven track record of complex accountabilities and experience working with teams outside of medical affairs • Deep knowledge of drug development process, including clinical epidemiology, randomized controlled trials, and publication plans • Communication and presentation skills • Business acumen • Teamwork, negotiation, coaching and influencing skills – able to work effectively in a matrix • Proven capability in attracting and developing talent to support future succession needs • Deep understanding in healthcare and medical compliance • Proven capacity to work through complexity, difficulty, and adverse situations with agility and adaptability • Awareness of, and adherence to, Johnson & Johnson Credo values • Deep scientific knowledge according to business/regulatory needs Required Skills: Preferred Skills: Analytical Reasoning, Clinical Research and Regulations, Clinical Trials Operations, Communication, Compliance Management, Developing Others, Healthcare Trends, Inclusive Leadership, Leadership, Medical Affairs, Medical Communications, Medical Compliance, Product Strategies, Stakeholder Management, Strategic Thinking, Team Management, Training People
