Pay Range: $55,600.00 - $91,450.00 Position Summary: This role will support the Facilities and Equipment team through coordination of facility work orders, vendor services, preventive maintenance activities, asset documentation, and facility operations across the Minneapolis campus.

This is a hands-on position that combines administrative coordination with direct participation in facility maintenance activities, inspections, equipment moves, and project support. Someone in this role will work closely with facilities technicians, vendors, and internal departments to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with business needs. This will be accomplished by preparing and organizing data utilizing Microsoft applications as requested.

Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and track facility work orders (WO's) across the Minneapolis campus. Support facilities technicians by communicating with vendors and coordinating service visits. Assist the Facilities Maintenance team with requests that come in from the Facilities inbox.

Maintain facility assets, maintenance, and service records. Work with departments to ensure facility and equipment information remains current and accurate. Track and prepare facility maintenance data, metrics, and reports for the Facilities team.

Work with the Quality team to maintain compliance with facility maintenance procedures and SOPs. Complete change plan tasks involving facility assets, maintenance records, and documentation. Track, review, route, negotiate, and maintain vendor service contracts and documentation.

Lead facility-related event coordination activities including room setup, vendor support, logistics planning, and post-event restoration. Maintain and update facility layouts, occupancy records, space utilization information, and departmental moves. Assist with facility inspections, preventive maintenance activities, equipment moves, and general facility support as needed.

Perform basic hands-on maintenance tasks and support facility projects under the direction of Facilities leadership. Identify inefficiencies in asst tracking or service scheduling propose improvements Generate and distribute biweekly past-due reports. Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS Education and Experience: Requires a High School diploma or a GED with a minimum of 2-5 years of related experience. Experience in facilities coordination, maintenance, property operations, manufacturing support, or a related field preferred. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Attention to detail and ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks is a must.

Strong problem-solving skills. Must be able to meet tight deadlines and pull in internal and external support as needed. Establishing an environment of trust with both internal customers and external contractors.

Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet computer skills are required. Computer entry and typing skills are required. Ability to coordinate multiple vendors, service activities, and facility work orders.

Experience coordinating events, office moves, and space planning activities preferred. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to perform hands-on facility support activities and work safely around building systems and equipment.

Strong customer service skills and ability to work effectively with internal customers and contractors. Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills. Working Conditions: Work performed in a laboratory and production environment with exposure to chemicals, reagents, and standard lab equipment.

Standard schedule hours with occasional variation depending on production needs. Onsite work required during standard business hours. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and handle materials weighing 5–50 lbs.

Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive laboratory tasks for extended periods. Manual dexterity required for laboratory equipment and fine measurement techniques. Ability to work at a computer for extended periods.
