Key Responsibilities: Glassware Management: Accurately select glassware from inventory based on customer orders and attach appropriate labels . Order Processing: Use the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) to maintain detailed records of all orders and ensure accuracy in order preparation and packing. Packaging and Delivery: Prepare and pack orders efficiently for delivery, ensuring all items are securely packaged.

Quality Control: Verify the accuracy of orders and ensure they meet the required specifications before dispatch . Safety and Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to safety regulations and company policies. Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience: No prior experience required ; however, experience with Microsoft Outlook is a plus. Skills: Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to handle glassware and other materials carefully.

Familiarity with inventory management and order processing systems is advantageous . Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and basic computer skills. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Ability to stand for long periods of time.
