We are looking for an experienced Senior Medical Scientific Liaison (Senior MSL) to join Bayer's Medical Affairs team in the Philippines.
This role serves as a critical scientific link between Bayer and the medical community. You will establish and maintain strategic relationships with healthcare professionals, Thought Leaders, academic institutions, and other stakeholders while driving scientific exchange, medical education, evidence generation, and patient-focused outcomes.

As a Senior MSL, you will
- ✓Develop and maintain long-term scientific partnerships with Thought Leaders and healthcare professionals.
- ✓Execute local medical plans and Thought Leader engagement strategies.
- ✓Deliver scientific education and communicate evidence-based medical information.
- ✓Generate actionable medical insights that support strategic decision-making.
- ✓Lead scientific meetings, advisory boards, educational forums, and medical programs.
- ✓Support clinical trial activities, evidence generation projects, and investigator-initiated research.
- ✓Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Commercial, Market Access, Regulatory, and Clinical Research.
- ✓Act as a trusted scientific advisor and internal subject matter expert.
- ✓Mentor colleagues and lead medical projects where appropriate.
Who You Are
- ✓Degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Pharmacology, Life Sciences, Natural Sciences, or a related scientific field.
- ✓Experience in Medical Affairs, Clinical Research, Drug Development, Medical Information, or related pharmaceutical functions.
- ✓Demonstrated ability to engage and influence healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
- ✓Strong presentation, communication, and scientific interpretation skills.
- ✓Experience translating complex clinical data into meaningful scientific discussions.
- ✓Strong project management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- ✓Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
- ✓Experience in Cardiovascular therapeutic areas is highly desirable.
- ✓Previous Medical Science Liaison experience is preferred.
