Our BCCI Team is hiring, located in Bangalore, the Biogen Capability Center India (BCCI) is a subsidiary of Biogen, a global biotech company focused on developing innovative therapies for the treatment of neurological and rare diseases. The BCCI serves as the company’s IT development and L3 support center for its major business applications across the globe. Our BCCI team is responsible for providing support to Biogen's global operations, including developing, maintaining, and upgrading the company's software applications, platforms, and infrastructure.
BCCI plays a crucial role in supporting Biogen's global business operations by providing scalable and efficient IT solutions that help improve the company's quality, and agility. It operates as an integral part of Biogen's global IT organization and works closely with its various business units to deliver technology solutions that address their unique challenges. We are looking for a Veeva Vault Quality - IT Developer with a strong blend of Life Sciences domain expertise and Veeva Vault Training knowledge.
Experience: 3-5 Years Key Responsibilities: • Participate/Lead the design, development, configuration, and deployment of Veeva Vault Quality solutions. • Configure and enhance Veeva Vault Quality modules, including Training, QualityDocs, and QMS • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers, analysts, and configuration teams. • Conduct design reviews, code reviews, and solution assessments to ensure quality and scalability. • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, solution architects, and vendors to deliver business value. • Participate in Vault upgrades, validation activities, and release management. • Hands on experience with Veeva Vault APIs, Vault Loaders, Vault-to-Vault Connections and Data migrations • Participate in SAFe Agile ceremonies including PI Planning, Sprint Planning. Daily Stand-ups, and Retrospectives • Prepare and review deliverables including URS, FS, DS, IQ/OQ and Traceability Matrix • Ability to lead technical discussions and architecture decisions. • Team mentoring and coaching capabilities. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced Agile environment. Required Skills & Experience • 3-8 years of experience in Life Sciences and Veeva Vault Quality (Training, QualityDocs and QMS). • Design and implement complex workflows, security models, object configurations, lifecycle configurations, and business rules. • Certifications on Veeva Quality and Platform will be an added advantage.
