Human Resources Manager You will lead HR activities for our Türkiye site and partner closely with leaders and teams. You will coach managers, guide change and shape talent and inclusion priorities. We value practical thinkers who use data, build strong relationships and act with integrity.

Responsibilities: This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following: - Partner with site and functional leaders to translate business goals into clear people plans and measurable HR actions. - Coach managers on performance conversations, career development and effective people management. - Lead and support change activities, including reorganisations and workforce planning. - Manage employee relations cases and escalate to HR specialists when needed. - Use people data and straightforward analytics to identify trends and guide leader actions. - Work with recruitment, learning, compensation and inclusion colleagues to build capability and talent pipelines.

Why You? Basic Qualifications We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals - Degree in Human Resources, business or related field, or equivalent practical experience. - At least 3 years of generalist HR experience, ideally in manufacturing, operations or site environments. - Practical experience managing employee relations and sensitive HR cases. - Experience supporting leaders through change, including restructurings or reorganisations. - Comfortable working with HR data and producing clear, simple insights. - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence at all levels. Preferred Qualifications If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus - Experience working with employee representative bodies or in a unionised environment in Türkiye or similar markets. - Knowledge of Turkish labour law and social dialogue processes. - Background in talent management, succession planning or leadership development. - Experience delivering HR projects and supporting site-level HR operations. - Strong written and spoken English in addition to Turkish. - Experience with HR systems and digital tools for reporting or case management.
