Fate Therapeutics is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our Finance and Accounting team. The Senior Accountant will play a key role in supporting the Company’s general ledger accounting, month-end and quarter-end closing processes, financial reporting, and technical accounting activities. This position will have a particular focus on clinical trial accruals, vendor and other operating accruals, equity activity, lease accounting, and financial analysis.
The Senior Accountant will also support audit and internal control activities. The successful candidate will be a collaborative, analytical, and highly organized professional who is able to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a deadline-driven biotech environment. This is a full-time, exempt position located at our corporate headquarters in San Diego, CA.
