Job Summary: IQVIA Laboratories is building a pipeline of experienced scientific leaders to support current and future opportunities within our Bioanalysis teams. We are interested in connecting with professionals who bring expertise in LC-MS/MS, bioanalytical method development, laboratory operations, instrumentation, metrology, and scientific team leadership.
What You'll Be Doing: Lead and develop high-performing scientific and technical laboratory teams Drive bioanalytical method development, assay development, and laboratory innovation initiatives Provide technical leadership for LC-MS/MS and other advanced analytical technologies Oversee laboratory instrumentation, equipment lifecycle activities, qualification programs, and operational readiness Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve scientific, quality, and business objectives Champion continuous improvement, operational excellence, and compliance initiatives Support talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement programs What We Are Looking For: Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline required 7 9 years of related experience in method or assay development or specific methodology area OR 5 7 years experience in a laboratory environment Demonstrated expertise in LC-MS/MS technologies, bioanalytical method development, laboratory operational management , and analytical problem solving , in regulated bioanalysis Experience leading laboratory instrumentation, metrology, equipment qualification, calibration, or maintenance programs Other equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree The Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Needed for This Role: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop scientific teams Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder partnership skills Experience driving quality, compliance, operational excellence, and process improvement initiatives Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced laboratory environment Strong scientific judgment and technical decision-making capabilities What We Offer You: We put our employees at the center of everything we do and are committed to providing them, and their families, with benefits that meet their diverse and changing needs. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
