Senior Business Intelligence Analyst (CDMX) What you will do Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this hybrid role you will be responsible for: Translate data into actionable business recommendations for Brand Teams, Leadership and Commercial Operations.
Identify market opportunities, risks, competitive threats and growth drivers through advanced analytics. Develop executive-level insights and storytelling to support strategic decision-making. Lead market research projects from study design through insight generation and recommendation development.
Present analyses and recommendations to Senior Leadership Team. Influence decision-making through clear data visualization and executive storytelling. Participate and support sales forecast process (sell-in/sell-out) by supervising and using accurate market trends, inventories, other market opportunities and potential.
Support, advise, and collaborate to deliver ad-hoc reports and data for different departments. Ensure alignment, quality and standardization of the data and insights; ensure that the reports are accurate, and troubleshooting any issues with appropriate contacts (e.g., external partners). Identify any actions needed for data quality improvement.
Assisting in activities (which are not limited to), extraction of data, data manipulation and cleaning of data, and continuous improvement of sales data reports to meet the changing needs of the business. Ensure that market research is conducted in compliance with appropriate policies and SOPs, and that findings are shared and used for future analysis. Outputs High quality internal (Customers) and external (Vendors) relationships.

Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of experience similar position in biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry OR Associate’s degree and 6 years of experience similar position in biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry OR High school diploma / GED and 8 years of experience similar position in biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry Proficiency in English, both in oral and written communication.
Preferred Requirements: Ability to thrive in fast-paced, team environment, adapt to changing priorities, and independently lead cross-functional projects of high complexity. Strategic, Proactive, Analytical and Critical thinker. Excellent oral and written presentation skills.
Ability to balance multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously. Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. Experience on Forecasting, Market Research, Business Analytics, Business development, launch excellence for Primary Care and Biosimilars markets.
Management of computer systems (MS Office); mainly excel / Market Audits (DDD, PMM, NRC, GOB 360 , Close-Up) / Power BI, Tableau, QlikSense, Flexview and/or any visualization tool. Large and sophisticated databases management. Background in Sales Force Effectiveness and/or related areas.
