Responsibilities - Be responsible for publication planning for assigned therapeutic areas or products, which should be aligned with medical strategies and global publication plans. - Support the management of IIS publications, courtesy review publications. - Ensure all the publication activities is in compliance with company publication processes, SOPs and applicable guidelines such as Good Publication Practice and ICMJE guidelines, etc. - Responsible for development of strategic digital communication plan, ensuring scientific digital content is delivered to right audiences via digital channels, and ensuring digital communication initiatives remain consistent with product strategy. - Responsible for digital communication activities execution. - Inquiry handling and management via MedConnect to ensure all the compliance with company SOP and regulations. - Provide medical information support to enable internal team are informed with updated literature, medical booth support. - Oversee and manage outsourced call center to ensure service quality and compliance. Qualifications -Master degree or above in clinical medicine, pharmacy science or life science - Familiarity of publication/digital communication/medical inquiry related process, system, SOPs/guidelines, and necessary language skills as a must. - High compliance awareness and customer orientation. - Have enough knowledge of publication ethics and clinical studies reporting guidelines, such as good publication practice, CONSORT, STROBE etc. reporting guidelines and those from International Committee of Medical Journal Editors (ICMJE) - Be familiar with the process of publication development and submission to Journals or Scientific meetings; understand the Journals or Scientific meeting regulations, expertise in response to peer reviewers’ comments etc. - Have enough knowledge of responsible brands and therapeutic area, provide input to medical strategy in terms of medical communication perspective - A good working knowledge of literature databases and experience of performing literature searches. - Experience in interpretation and communication of scientific data. - Good customer focus sense and teamwork skills.
