The Position As an Integration Architect, you will lead the design and evolution of enterprise integration capabilities across a diverse technology landscape. Leveraging deep expertise in integration platforms, API Management, event-driven architectures, Agentic AI, and enterprise integration technologies such as SAP Integration Suite (BTP IS), SnapLogic, Axway, and MSK/Kafka, you will define scalable, secure, and future-ready integration solutions that enable business transformation. Working closely with business and IT stakeholders, you will provide architectural leadership, drive technology decisions, and shape enterprise-wide integration strategy, standards, and best practices.
This position has a hybrid setup with approximately 2-3 days per week on site. Tasks & responsibilities As Integration Architect, you will design end-to-end middleware solutions spanning SAP and non-SAP technologies, including SnapLogic, Axway, MSK/Kafka, API gateways, managed file transfer/B2B, messaging, event-driven integration, agentic integration, and enterprise integration monitoring. Working closely with business and IT stakeholders, you will define target integration architectures using SAP Integration Suite capabilities such as Cloud Integration (CPI), API Management, and relevant SAP BTP integration services.
In this role, you will facilitate architecture reviews with enterprise architecture, security, infrastructure, application, business-facing, delivery partner, and operations teams to ensure alignment across the integration landscape. You will also be responsible for creating reusable architecture patterns and design standards covering APIs, events, batch and file-based integrations, synchronous and asynchronous interfaces, data mapping, and exception handling. By partnering with delivery teams, you will guide implementation activities, ensuring architectural objectives are understood and deviations are managed through clear and pragmatic design decisions.
A key part of your role will be to identify risks, dependencies, capability gaps, and technical debt across integration landscapes while recommending effective mitigation strategies. Additionally, you will contribute to integration governance and enablement by sharing best practices, coaching teams, and supporting the consistent adoption of integration standards. Requirements Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a comparable discipline Longterm experience in enterprise integration platforms and patterns, including iPaaS, API Management and event-driven architectures, with the ability to evaluate, design and evolve integration solutions at enterprise scale Hands-on architecture or senior delivery experience designing and implementing integration solutions using iPaaS and API platforms such as SnapLogic and Axway, modern integration protocols including REST and event streaming, and service-oriented architectures Ability to provide technical leadership and influence architectural decisions across teams without direct authority Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to align business-facing teams, platform teams, delivery teams, enterprise architecture, security and operations Very good written and spoken English skills As part of our commitment to transparency and fairness, salary information will be shared during the recruitment process.
