Find your future at Revvity Key Responsibilities New Supplier Sourcing & Development : Source and qualify reliable suppliers for medical device and IVD product components, including mechanical parts, plastic housings, electronic components, PCB boards, packaging materials. Cost Negotiation & Cost-Down Management : Conduct RFQ collection, price comparison, technical and commercial negotiation. Responsible for annual cost-down projects, BOM cost optimization and overall material cost control to achieve company cost targets.

Supplier Qualification & Audit : Support supplier qualification review, document verification and on-site audit. Validate supplier ISO 13485 compliance to ensure all suppliers meet medical industry quality and regulatory requirements. NPI New Product Sourcing Support : Participate in design review, material selection and supplier evaluation during the R&D phase.

Support sample sourcing, prototype verification, pilot run and smooth mass production handover for new medical products. Supplier Performance Management : Regularly evaluate supplier performance in quality, delivery, service and cost. Maintain supplier rating system, optimize supplier pool and phase out unqualified vendors.

Supply Chain Optimization & Localization : Promote material localization, second-source development and alternative material validation to mitigate single-source risks and improve supply chain stability. Compliance & Document Control : Manage complete and traceable sourcing records, quotation documents, audit reports and project files in accordance with medical quality system requirements. Cross-functional Collaboration : Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve quality issues, delivery delays, engineering changes and material substitution problems, ensuring stable mass production operation.

Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Biomedical Engineering or related disciplines. 1–3 years of sourcing experience in medical device, IVD or precision machinery industry; outstanding fresh graduates are also acceptable. Familiar with the sourcing process of mechanical processing parts, injection molded parts, hardware, electronic components and medical consumables.

Basic knowledge of ISO 13485 quality system, supplier audit procedures and NPI processes. Familiar with RFQ negotiation, cost analysis, supplier development and supplier evaluation workflows. Good English reading and writing skills, capable of reading English technical documents .

Proficient in Excel; SAP system operating experience is preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation and logical thinking abilities, with proactive working attitude and strong execution. Meticulous and rigorous working style with good risk awareness to control sourcing quality and compliance risks.
