Job Description H05 D-Shift (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM) Responsibilities Assignments may include ISM/Sterilizer/Inspection, Plunger Rod/Flow Wrappers, or Multi Vac/Case Pak operations. Monitor operations to ensure product quality and optimal equipment performance. Make equipment adjustments as needed to maintain quality and productivity.
Perform or assist with product and equipment changeovers. Assist line technicians and setter/operators with equipment troubleshooting and repairs. Maintain a clean and organized work area and comply with GMP requirements.
Perform quality inspections and process tests, and accurately record required data. Communicate with Utilities and Scheduling teams to maintain appropriate material inventory levels. Collaborate with team members to develop and improve work processes.
Perform other duties as needed to support business needs. Education High School Diploma or GED preferred. In lieu of a High School Diploma/GED, a minimum of two years of manufacturing experience is required.
Experience No prior experience required. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Ability to maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
