Here, you will feel welcomed, respected, and valued as an important contributor to our diverse team About the role: You will lead platform delivery and operational ownership for Shopfloor Workflow Digitalisation solutions within the Takeda portfolio, with a focus on plant and laboratory transformation through electronic logbooks, electronic forms, and digital workflows. You will help shape the strategy, governance, lifecycle management, and multi-site adoption of the OpsTrakker platform, ensuring delivery and run operations align with business needs, quality expectations, validation requirements, and compliance standards. In this role, you will connect local site needs with technical delivery and operational support, drive sustainable platform adoption across multiple locations, and ensure effective governance across service performance, vendors, licensing, financial planning, and continuous improvement.
You will also help to identify & implement opportunities to leverage artificial intelligence and innovative digital capabilities to improve process design, support effectiveness, and operational execution. How you will contribute Lead the Workflow Digitalisation initiative that supports digital transformation at plant and laboratory level, including electronic logbooks, electronic forms, and digital workflow adoption. Own the platform operating model for OpsTrakker across the full lifecycle, including build, run, and continuous improvement activities.
You will be responsible to ensure stable, compliant, and business-aligned service delivery across the Takeda site network. Own the governance process for digitalization of use cases as well as roadmap planning, standards, release management, change control, and multi-site rollout of the OpsTrakker platform. Partner with key stakeholders (business, quality, validation, others) to define solution scope, align priorities, support implementation decisions, and ensure the platform continues to meet evolving business and compliance needs over time.
Lead business-facing aspects of platform deployment and ongoing adoption, including stakeholder communication, user community engagement, change adoption, and coordination with local sites and central teams. Guide requirements intake, process mapping, user stories, acceptance criteria, testing, and user acceptance testing for paperless solution delivery, ensuring alignment with validation requirements, business processes, and operational support needs. Ensure appropriate operational ownership across the software development lifecycle, including demand intake, solution design alignment, release readiness, deployment coordination, service transition, handover to support, and ongoing operability of the platform.
Manage budget-related activities for the platform and associated initiatives, including planning, forecasting, cost oversight, resource alignment, and support for investment and prioritization decisions. Coordinate and govern external vendors and partners to support both delivery and run operations, including performance management, issue resolution, service expectations, and continuous improvement. Oversee license management activities for the platform and related components, including usage transparency, access alignment, optimization opportunities, and support for compliance and cost control.
Ensure platform operations remain aligned with applicable GxP, data integrity, documentation, access control, and audit readiness requirements. Ensure platform operations are delivered within the global DD&T process & tool framework Use artificial intelligence and digital tools to identify opportunities for process improvement, reduce manual effort, improve support effectiveness, and enhance the way paperless solutions are delivered, governed, and operated. Manage and develop team members, set clear goals, coach performance, and support effective ways of working across the team.
Skills and qualifications Required Experience with the OpsTrakker platform or a similar paperless solution platform is a strong advantage Proven experience within paperless manufacturing or laboratory transformation initiatives, including electronic forms, electronic logbooks, and digital workflows. Strong knowledge of Pharma GxP requirements, including Good Manufacturing Practice, Good Laboratory Practice, or Good Distribution Practice, as applicable, with a strong focus on data integrity and audit readiness. Knowledge of Industry 4.0, digital manufacturing, and integration concepts such as manufacturing execution systems, historians, industrial internet of things, or automation.
Experience of delivering validated computer systems within a regulated environment, including risk-based validation, traceability, and oversight of qualification activities. Product Management & Agile experience Experience owning or supporting business-critical global systems in regulated environments, including service performance, incident management, and operational governance. Experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders across business, quality, validation, technical, operational, and site teams.
Experience working with external vendors and partners in delivery and support models, including service performance oversight and issue resolution. Experience with Jira and Confluence Preferred 7+ years of industry experience in digital platforms, manufacturing, laboratory, quality, or related regulated environments. Experience leading business communications, user communities, and enablement programs for digital tools.
Experience with business process analysis, process mapping, and solution design in regulated environments. Experience working with external vendors and partners on solution delivery, governance, issue resolution, and service improvement. Experience with technical platform governance, including access management, configuration standards, environment strategy, monitoring, and operability.
Experience with budget planning, cost tracking, and financial governance for digital platforms or product-based services. Experience with software license management, usage optimization, and controls supporting compliance and cost effectiveness. Experience managing operational aspects of the software development lifecycle, including release readiness, service transition, and handover into steady-state support.
Experience applying artificial intelligence to improve knowledge sharing, training, platform support, or process effectiveness.
