Here, you will feel welcomed, respected, and valued as an important contributor to our diverse team Objectives/Purpose: Provide transformation program-level leadership for the planning, governance, execution, and delivery of Global Medical transformation initiatives, ensuring strategic priorities are translated into integrated, actionable programs with clear ownership, disciplined execution, and measurable outcomes. Serve as the PMO lead within the Global Medical Transformation Office, driving cross-functional alignment, portfolio transparency, financial discipline, risk management, executive reporting, and decision enablement across the transformation roadmap. Partner with transformation leadership, workstream owners, and stakeholders across capabilities to deliver the transformation agenda with rigor, transparency, and sustainable business impact.

Scope: Lead end-to-end planning, governance, and execution for assigned Global Medical transformation initiatives, ensuring clear scope, outcomes, milestones, dependencies, decision points, ownership, resource assumptions, and critical-path management. Drive disciplined execution through structured governance forums, executive-ready materials, decision records, action tracking, clear escalation pathways, and timely closure of issues that may affect scope, timing, cost, quality, adoption, or business value. Partner with senior Medical leaders, workstream owners, cross functional teams including finance, HR and technology to align priorities, resolve interdependencies, and accelerate decisions across functions and geographies.

Serve as a trusted advisor to Medical Transformation Office leadership by translating complex program activity into clear insights, trade-offs, recommendations, and concise executive narratives. Lead transformation identification, assessment, mitigation, and escalation of risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies, with clear accountability and early warning indicators. Ensure organizational change management, communications, stakeholder engagement, training, readiness, adoption, transition, and business continuity considerations are embedded in program plans and leadership updates.

Coordinate implementation across roles, processes, governance, technology, capabilities, and global or capability-center handoffs to support sustainable service delivery and minimize disruption. Establish measurable outcomes and benefit-tracking mechanisms that connect execution to strategic, operational, financial, workforce, stakeholder, and patient-impact objectives. Strengthen ways of working through scalable governance routines, common planning standards, portfolio dashboards, data definitions, automation, and coaching for workstream and project leads, while continuously simplifying the PMO model.

Education, Behavioural Competencies, and Skills: Experience: 10–12+ years of progressive experience leading complex programs, transformations, or operating-model implementations in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, consulting, or another regulated environment. Demonstrated experience establishing or operating a transformation PMO, governing interdependent initiatives, and enabling high-quality decisions across functions and geographies. Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional programs involving multiple workstreams, external partners, resource constraints, financial implications, change impacts, and business-critical outcomes.

Experience developing executive-ready governance artifacts, including integrated plans, portfolio dashboards, risk and issue logs, decision records, financial summaries, status reports, action trackers, and steering materials. Technical competencies: Strong enterprise program, portfolio, and governance capabilities, with the ability to design scalable routines, drive accountability, manage critical paths, and coordinate execution across a matrixed organization. Advanced risk, issue, dependency, mitigation, escalation, and business continuity management skills.

Strong financial and business acumen, with the ability to connect execution to cost, capacity, value delivery, service outcomes, workforce implications, and strategic priorities. Understanding of global operating models, shared services, Global Business Services or Global Capability Centers, transition management, and cross-functional service delivery strongly preferred. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, collaboration platforms, executive reporting, project tracking tools, dashboards, and portfolio management approaches; comfortable applying data and automation to improve PMO efficiency and insight.

Behavioral competencies: Executive presence and trusted-challenger capability, with the ability to influence, align, and constructively challenge senior stakeholders without relying on formal authority. Strategic thinker with strong execution discipline, sound judgment, and the ability to translate ambiguity into practical plans, decisions, and measurable progress. Highly organized and outcome-oriented, with the ability to manage competing priorities, mobilize teams, resolve conflict, and maintain momentum in a fast-moving transformation environment.

Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to simplify complexity, build compelling executive narratives, and tailor messages for senior, functional, and operational audiences. Collaborative leadership style with a bias for action, strong follow-through, and a commitment to accountability, transparency, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
