The Role

  • Own the opportunity pipeline from first contact to closed deal, forecasting sustainable growth.

  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences, elevating brand presence.
  • Maintain accurate account records, support territory planning, and drive pipeline development.

What You’ll Do

  • Engage new prospects and nurture existing customers; manage opportunities and forecast revenue.
  • Align cross-functional teams (, FAS, Customer Support, Quality, and Regulatory) to meet customer needs and ensure timely delivery.
  • Partner with distributors or channel partners to expand reach and impact.
  • Track market trends, regulatory challenges, and drug asset pipelines to inform strategy.
  • Deliver compelling proposals, post-sale support, and ongoing relationship management.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field; 2–4+ years in life science sales or account management.
  • Deep understanding of the cell & gene therapy landscape, including upstream workflows at scale and regulatory considerations.
  • Proven network and knowledge of Europe’s CGT ecosystem; established relationships are a plus.
  • Experience working with distributors or channel partners.
  • Knowledge of transfection or viral vector workflows.
  • Proficient in CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and comfortable with data-driven selling.
  • Collaborative, self-motivated, strategic, and confident in field execution.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are advantageous.

What We Offer

  • A diverse, inclusive, and high-performance culture that values curiosity and collaboration.
  • Opportunities for growth and development in a dynamic, cutting-edge field.
  • Competitive compensation, benefits, and a supportive work environment.
