Your Role: We are looking for a Senior Expert Technical Accounting Solutions & Compliance (TASC) (all genders) to join our Global Enterprise Solutions team. In this role, you ensure the integrity, accuracy, and compliance of financial reporting across the organization. You bring strong technical accounting expertise combined with hands-on operational experience, advising on IFRS standards and policies while understanding how reporting processes work in practice.
You lead compliance monitoring, audit management, process reviews, and continuous improvement and automation initiatives. You also support IFRS and policy change implementation, strengthen internal controls, and provide technical expertise for cross-functional projects and process transformations across global teams.
Who you are
- ✓8+ years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, compliance, or audit
- ✓Deep expertise in IFRS and financial reporting principles
- ✓Hands-on experience in operational financial reporting within a global environment
- ✓Proven track record in audit coordination and managing corrective actions
- ✓Experience in process improvement, automation, or IFRS implementation projects
- ✓Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- ✓Professional certification (CPA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent) is a strong advantage
- ✓Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
