Together with stakeholders across Research & Development, you will generate actionable evidence from real-world data to support clinical development decisions throughout the drug development lifecycle.

We are looking for someone with a strong foundation in statistics who enjoys applying rigorous analytical methods to complex healthcare data. You will develop and implement advanced statistical analyses, contribute to innovative study designs, and help ensure that evidence generated from real-world data is scientifically robust, reproducible, and fit for purpose. You will work closely with epidemiologists, clinicians, medical and translational scientists, and external partners to deliver high-quality evidence that supports clinical strategy and enables efficient development programmes.

The location of the position can be in our offices either at Søborg, Denmark, or King Cross London, UK. There will not be offered relocation support. Your primary responsibilities include: Scientific & analytical responsibilities Apply advanced statistical methods to generate evidence and insights from large, complex real-world healthcare datasets.

Design, implement, and validate analytical approaches for observational studies and other real-world evidence initiatives. Develop analysis-ready datasets by transforming, integrating, and quality-assuring diverse real-world data sources, including electronic health records, registries, claims databases, and partnership data. Apply modern causal inference methods, survival analysis, longitudinal modelling, and other advanced statistical approaches to answer clinically relevant questions.

Contribute to develop innovative analytical approaches supporting real-world-data-powered clinical trial elements, including external controls, data linkage, and target trial emulation. Develop reproducible analytical workflows, maintain high-quality code, and contribute to best practices in statistical programming and data science. Cross-functional collaboration and scientific impact Collaborate closely with epidemiologists, clinicians, medical and translational scientists, and clinical development teams to translate scientific questions into robust analytical solutions.
