Your new role As an Assistant Project Manager, you will play a unique and highly visible role in CMC Investment, combining project execution, departmental development, and strategic support. You will help ensure strong governance, effective stakeholder management, and continuous improvement of our ways of working. You will act as a trusted partner to project managers supporting the delivery of investment projects while driving consistency, structure, and continuous improvement across the department.

At the same time, you will act as a key enabler for the leadership team by preparing high-quality decision materials, supporting strategic initiatives, and helping translate ideas into action. Beyond your project responsibilities, you will help shape the department's culture and ways of working. As a central connector across teams, you will contribute to engagement, collaboration, and the ongoing development of CMC Investment, becoming a key part of what keeps the department moving forward (setting the heartbeat of the department).

Your key responsibilities will include: Support project execution and project governance processes and decision-making forums across multiple initiatives. Driving progress on key departmental initiatives and ensuring effective follow-up on priorities and actions. Prepare high-quality management presentations, reports, and decision-making materials for leaders and senior stakeholders Coordinate project activities, strategic initiatives, and follow-up actions to ensure timely progress.

Drive process standardization and continuous improvement across projects and teams together with your colleagues in CMC Investment. Build strong stakeholder relationships and act as a key coordination point across functions. Facilitate meetings, workshops, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment and knowledge sharing.

Foster a positive team culture by promoting collaboration, engagement, and effective working relationships. Your new department CMC Investment Project Office is part of CMC Investment. CMC Investment is a central area that supports / drives Investment projects in the SVP area CMC Development in Novo Nordisk.

The department consist of project professional from controllers to Project managers/directors, we are running a portfolio of projects that all had the ambition to support delivering new pharmaceutical products to the marked Your skills & qualifications We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications: Master's degree (e.g. Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Psychology, or similar). 2–5 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in project management, project support, consulting, or a similar role.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, drive follow-up actions, and ensure progress in a structured and fast-paced environment. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with a proactive mindset, strong sense of ownership, and the ability to build trusted relationships across functions and organizational levels while delivering high-quality work with attention to detail. Salary: For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from 570,200.00 to 838,100.00 DKK, corresponding to the level of the position.

The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.
