What you will do As R&D Deployment Materials Associated Scientist, he/she supports other Scientists on projects to secure Business, ensures compliance, reduces complexity and optimizes costs of our Kenvue raw material chemical portfolio currently on the market. She/He is supporting executing double sourcing qualification and manage properly the change will occur on current raw material portfolio up to the GCC compilation. Key Responsibilities: Supplier Driven Change Management Plant Support Dual Source qualification Operational : Data collection Raw Material Technical Assessment Impact evaluation on Finished Products Technical documentation redaction Develop and own execution of GCC Lab batches execution (screening and GMP) Accelerated stability follow-up Project management : Preferable knowledge of the tools Concerto,Tru, Symphony… Meetings organization Kenvue procedures application What We Are Looking For Required Qualifications Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy or related field is preferred Ability to work independently Fluent English Good communication and presentation skills Ability in term of Problem-solving, Complexity management and Decision-making authority Ability to collaborate with different areas (global cross functional teams, suppliers) Strong passion for science, technology, innovation and problem solving 1 year of experience in R&D department What’s In It For You Competitive Benefit Package Learning & Development Opportunities Employee Resource Groups Fixed term contract (12 months) Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges: 34.850 - 47.150 euro gross If you are an individual with a disability, please check our Disability Assistance page for information on how to request an accommodation.
