GROW WITH US: Tandem Diabetes Care creates new possibilities for people living with diabetes, their loved ones, and their healthcare providers through a positively different experience. We’d love for you to team up with us to “innovate every day,” put “people first,” and take the “no-shortcuts” approach that has propelled us to become a leader in the diabetes technology industry. STAY AWESOME: Tandem Diabetes Care is proud to manufacture and sell the Tandem Mobi system and t:slim X2 insulin pump with Control-IQ+ technology — an advanced predictive algorithm that automates insulin delivery.

But we’re so much more than that. Our company’s human-centered approach to design, development, and support delivers innovative products and services for people who use insulin. Because many of our own team members live with type 1 diabetes, or have a loved one impacted by diabetes, the work is personal, and we are committed to the cause.

Learn more at tandemdiabetes.com A DAY IN THE LIFE: As our Principal Supply Chain Specialist, you will serve as a senior individual contributor and recognised subject matter expert for International Supply Chain operations. This is not a people management role. You will own and continuously improve end-to-end supply chain processes across planning, inventory management, forecasting, logistics, distribution and order fulfilment.

You will identify inefficiencies, implement better ways of working, and lead complex transformation initiatives that improve performance, scalability and customer experience across multiple countries and regions. Working closely with Supply Chain, Commercial, Customer Care, Finance, Quality, IT and external partners, you will support operational execution while maintaining strategic oversight. You will play a key role in Orion and future system implementations, translating business requirements into scalable processes and solutions.

Success in this role requires the ability to connect the dots across functions, anticipate the impact of future initiatives, design future-state processes, balance immediate business needs with long-term improvements, and influence stakeholders without direct authority. Experience transitioning from distributor-based models to direct distribution models and supporting regional growth initiatives will be highly valued. Location: This role is based in Weert, Netherlands.

Candidates must be located within a reasonable commuting distance of the Weert office and be available to work onsite regularly, with a minimum of two days per week onsite. YOU’RE AWESOME AT: Advanced knowledge of supply chain, logistics, distribution, order fulfillment, inventory management, and order-to-cash processes in an international environment. Strong process ownership mindset with the ability to design, document, implement, govern, and continuously improve end-to-end business processes.

Strong ERP, reporting, and systems capability, including the ability to translate business needs into functional requirements and partner effectively with IT. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, quantify impact, assess trade-offs, and develop actionable recommendations. Demonstrated project-management and change-management skills, including the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives without formal authority.

Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to present complex operational and system topics clearly to peers, senior leaders, and external partners. Knowledge and application of Quality System Regulations, GMP, ISO, privacy, trade, customs, and other applicable compliance requirements preferred. Ability to work independently with limited direction while collaborating effectively across regions, functions, and external partners.

Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and reporting-tool capability for analysis, management reporting, and executive presentations SPONSORSHIP: Unfortunately, we cannot support sponsorship in this location. Our team thrives on pushing boundaries and fostering growth, all while maintaining a spirit of fun and camaraderie. This is just one of the ways we stay awesome! BE YOU, WITH US!

We embrace the value that every single one of us brings to the table. But sometimes we forget that when we don’t meet 100% of a job description’s criteria – maybe you’re feeling that way right now? We encourage you to apply anyway.

Because we want you to be you, with us. Tandem is firmly committed to being an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of age, disability, sex, race, religion or belief, gender identity or expression, marriage/civil partnership, pregnancy/maternity, or sexual orientation.
