Experts in this role influence cross-functional teams and client stakeholders, shape methodologies and practices, and mentor junior colleagues across clinical, public health, medical affairs, and commercial domains.
Essential Functions • Acts as the project lead for multiple projects and is responsible for overall outcomes/deliverables. Manages project teams and develops talent and capabilities of all junior level colleagues. • Maintains strong relationships with client senior level management and is responsible for managing the overall relationship with complex clients. • Responsible for meeting defined revenue and/or billable targets for an industry or technical specialty via identifying business opportunities with potential or existing clients and creating and presenting proposals.
