Location/Division Specific Information: 1223 W Morris Street, Indianapolis, IN 46221 How Will You Make an Impact?: Performs established distribution and warehouse activities in accordance with approved SOPs, GMP requirements and assigned priorities. The role focuses on safe, accurate and timely execution, building broad process capability, and escalating non-routine issues appropriately. Key Responsibilities Pick, pack and ship distribution orders and complete related warehouse activities according to approved procedures.

Execute routine distribution and warehouse system transactions and maintain accurate required records. Process work according to priorities established by the Distribution Lead or Supervisor; promptly communicate barriers or discrepancies. Verify storage conditions, temperature requirements, shipment documentation and inventory status before movement or release.

Load and unload courier shipments using approved material-handling equipment when trained and authorized. Maintain safe, secure and organized work areas through Daily Management and 5S practices. Identify quality, safety or efficiency opportunities and communicate them to senior team members or leadership.

Support labeling, bulk receiving, transfers, shipping, destruction activities and other logistics functions as assigned. Support other Supply Chain areas as business needs require. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience: Required: Minimum of 1 year of work experience in distribution, warehouse or supply chain or related field Preferred: Prior distribution or warehouse experience. Knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Prior pharmaceutical or clinical logistics experience.

Experience with powered industrial tricks (Pallet jack and forklift experience). Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Ability to understand and follow written instructions, SOPs and GMP requirements. Basic working knowledge of warehouse/distribution processes and inventory controls.

Ability to recognize discrepancies and escalate them with relevant information. Basic proficiency with warehouse systems and Microsoft Office applications. Demonstrate attention to detail, reliability and teamwork.

Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role and safely use material-handling equipment when trained and authorized. Ability to work effectively as part of a team within Distribution and across QA, Client Services and Supply Chain. Physical Requirements / Work Environment Standing, walking, bending, pushing, pulling, reaching and handling containers/packages for extended periods.

Regular material handling and lifting consistent with site requirements; use pallet jack or forklift for heavier loads when trained and authorized. Work may occur in refrigerated/freezer or other controlled warehouse areas with required PPE. Ability to work overtime when business volume requires additional labor hours.
