Your new Role As a manager of Complaint Case Handling DK, you will lead a dedicated team responsible for timely, professional and high-quality handling of customer complaints and falsified products. You will ensure strong operational performance, quality compliance and continuous development of both processes and people. You will be a management anchor for selected product categories, investigator collaboration, operational training, cLEAN, EHS and continuous improvement.
As part of the Customer Complaints Leadership Team, you will contribute to setting direction and building a quality-focused, agile and future-ready organisation. Key responsibilities Lead, coach and develop employees in accordance with the Novo Nordisk Way Ensure efficient and compliant handling of technical complaints and falsifications across selected product categories Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement through cLEAN principles Strengthen collaboration with investigators, affiliates, production sites and other key stakeholders Ensure effective planning, resource allocation, capability development and support to EHS and quality culture Contribute actively to the strategy and development of Customer Complaints as a leadership team member Your Skills & Qualifications Master’s degree in pharmacy, engineering, science or a related field +5 years of leadership experience within pharma, biotech or service management Working knowledge of GxP, preferably GMP, and experience with Lean/cLEAN methodologies Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with professional proficiency in English As a person, you are a visible and engaging leader who creates direction, develops talent and fosters collaboration. You combine strategic thinking with operational execution, have a strong quality mindset and are comfortable navigating a complex stakeholder landscape.
Your new department Customer Complaints is a global organisation within Enterprise Quality, responsible for handling customer complaints and falsified medicines for Novo Nordisk products worldwide. We collaborate across affiliates, manufacturing sites and internal stakeholders to ensure customer service and patient safety. Salary: For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from 742,600.00 to 1,091,600.00 DKK, corresponding to the level of the position. The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.
