Summary: The Senior Analyst, Continuous Improvement HR GBS is responsible for driving high-quality HR operations delivery within a Global Business Services environment. The role focuses on maintaining and improving HR data quality, optimizing HR processes, supporting operational governance, and leading or contributing to HR projects. The position acts as a key partner for HR teams, business stakeholders, and service delivery teams to ensure accurate, efficient, and compliant HR operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: HR Data Quality and Governance Monitor, analyze, and improve the quality of HR data across HR systems and operational processes. Identify data inconsistencies, root causes, and process gaps, and coordinate corrective actions. Define and maintain data quality checks, dashboards, reports, and KPIs.

Support data audits, compliance reviews, and internal controls related to HR operations. Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and local teams to ensure accurate and timely employee data management. Process Management and Continuous Improvement Review and improve HR operational processes to increase efficiency, accuracy, and user experience.

Document, maintain, and update standard operating procedures, process maps, work instructions, and knowledge articles. Identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and simplification across HR GBS activities. Support implementation of process controls and service quality standards.

Track process performance and recommend improvements based on operational metrics. Projects and Change Support Lead or support HR operations projects, including process transitions, system enhancements, automation initiatives, and data cleansing activities. Coordinate project activities, timelines, deliverables, risks, and stakeholder communication.

Support testing, training, documentation, and change management for new or improved HR processes and tools. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of project outcomes. HR Operations Support Provide expert-level support for complex HR operational cases and escalations.

Act as a subject matter expert for selected HR processes, systems, or data areas. Support service delivery teams with guidance, issue resolution, and best practice sharing. Ensure HR operations are delivered in line with company policies, service level agreements, and legal requirements.

Contribute to a culture of service excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement Qualifications: University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Management, or a related field. Several years of experience in HR operations, HR shared services, Global Business Services, or a similar environment. Strong understanding of HR processes such as employee lifecycle, organizational management, position management, payroll inputs, time, benefits, or reporting.

Experience with HR data quality, data analysis, process improvement, or operational excellence. Experience participating in or leading HR projects. Good knowledge of HR systems such as Workday, ServiceNow, or similar tools.

Advanced Excel skills; experience with reporting, dashboards, Power BI, or other analytics tools is an advantage. Very good English communication skills. Education and/or Experience: Experience – 5-7 Years in a similar role.

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The minimum salary for this position is 136 000,00 PLN annually.

Your initial pay could be at the minimum or higher based on skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors, all of which are subject to change. This position may also be eligible for competitive benefits, discretionary bonuses, and/or long-term incentive.
