Key Responsibilities • Life Sciences Data Analysis: Work extensively with datasets such as IQVIA MIDAS, market research data, and SDR to extract actionable insights. • Competitive Market Modeling: Build and evaluate market scenarios grounded in competitive dynamics and industry trends. • Advanced Statistical Techniques: Apply time-series analysis, regression models, and forecasting methods to support evidence-based decision-making. • Structured Model Development: Translate business assumptions into quantifiable drivers and integrate them into robust analytical models. • Analytical Deliverables: Produce high-quality outputs, ensuring accuracy, reproducibility, and clarity for project teams and clients. • Problem Structuring: Deeply understand client challenges and design structured analytical approaches to address them. • Workplan Execution: Develop clear project workplans, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of milestones. • Client Engagement: Support interactions, presentations, and discussions with clients, ensuring technical clarity and business relevance. • Team Collaboration: Contribute effectively within cross-functional teams, fostering a positive and inclusive environment. • Innovation & Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance methodologies, tools, and processes with innovative solutions. • Workstream Ownership: Take full accountability for assigned analytical workstreams, ensuring zero-defect delivery. Additional Responsibilities • Present insights in a clear, concise, and compelling manner • Support proposal development and contribute to business development activities • Actively participate in learning and capability-building initiatives • Ensure adherence to company policies and client engagement standards • Continuous learning to meet the evolving needs of business • Active participation in organizational and team activities • Being compliant with organizational policies and procedures Must-Have Competencies: • Communication – Clear, concise, and structured written and verbal communication; ability to present complex insights effectively • Client Focus – Strong understanding of client needs and commitment to delivering high-value outcomes • Ownership – Accountability for deliverables, proactive problem-solving, and commitment to quality Required Skills: • Good knowledge in Pharmaceutical Forecasting and datasets. • Advanced MS Excel (mandatory) – modelling, large datasets, automation • VBA (mandatory) – automation, tool development • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Proficiency in PowerPoint (client-ready storytelling) • Familiarity with AI concepts and applications in business contexts.
