About the role: We are looking for a Solution Enablement Lead who can both guide business teams and personally build. You will enable repeatable Data & AI solutions on our platform—and you will use modern AI tools hands-on to run PoCs and small-scale deliveries that prove value quickly.
Your role
- ✓Lead solution enablement for priority business domains: frame problems, shape solution patterns, and guide teams from idea to usable outcomes
- ✓Hands-on delivery: design and build AI PoCs and small-scale solutions (e.g. prototypes, pilots, lightweight apps/workflows/agents) to validate feasibility and value
- ✓Use contemporary AI tooling and platform capabilities directly (prompting, RAG-style knowledge use, agent/workflow configuration, API-based integration) to accelerate discovery and delivery
- ✓Translate successful PoCs into reusable solution blueprints, playbooks, and reference implementations
- ✓Partner with architects and engineers so PoCs follow platform standards and can scale into production paths when warranted Work with business owners on value cases, success metrics, and go / no-go after PoC
- ✓Help teams choose the right path: quick PoC, configure-on-platform, or larger partner-led build
- ✓Capture reusable assets (demos, templates, patterns) and feed common gaps into the platform backlog
- ✓Mentor business/technical counterparts and working students on practical AI solution building
Who you are
- ✓Experience in solution consulting, solution delivery, or business–technology roles with personal hands-on build experience
- ✓Demonstrated ability to ship AI PoCs or small solutions yourself—not only manage others who build
- ✓Practical fluency with GenAI/AI application patterns (e.g. chat/RAG, workflow/agent automation, tool/API integration)
- ✓Ability to move from ambiguous business needs to a working prototype in short cycles
- ✓Strong stakeholder management across business, IT, and delivery partners
- ✓Can explain solutions in business language and discuss implementation trade-offs with engineers
- ✓English and Mandarin required;
Nice to have
- ✓Experience with enterprise AI platforms, low-code/no-code AI builders, or Python-based prototyping
- ✓Background in analytics, automation, or digital solution delivery
- ✓Consulting or domain-facing delivery experience in large enterprises
- ✓Life sciences or regulated-industry exposure
