Role reports to: Maintenance Supervisor Location: Asia Pacific, Thailand, Bangkok, Bangkok Work Location: Fully Onsite What you will do What you will do The Technician is responsible for supporting manufacturing processes by implementing all aspects of process improvement, equipment setup, testing, documentation, problem correction and related tooling. Key Responsibilities Perform the corrective actions to unplanned machine breakdown to resume the production as soon as possible with supervise by Line Support Engineer. Also, prepare the sufficient information to Planned Maintenance and Reliability Team for further improvement.

Carry out routine check and regular preventive maintenance on the machines to mitigate machine breakdown. Also, diagnose and repair or replace worn out parts in machine and equipment before they lead to major damage. Keep proper record of work activities, including all procurement and maintenance costs.

Closing work orders (WOs) when all tasks are performed. Ensure that safety standards are performed properly and complied with all necessary safety measurement. This is to prevent accident or injury that may lead to loss of life or damage to facilities equipment or materials.

Also, ensure working areas and work environment are free of hazardous objects and substances. Collaborative work with other teams (Production, Planned Maintenance, Reliability, Engineering) as assigned by PM Planner Maintain good communication with the members of the technical team and the management. What we are looking for Required Qualifications Vocational Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering Able to communicate in English Able to work in shifts, 6 days per week Understand in PLC, Work location: Johnson & Johnson (Ladkrabang Industrial Estate, Bangkok) Kenvue is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
