Für unseren Bereich Financial Accounting in Marburg suchen wir aktuell zwei Geschäftsbuchhalter(m/w/x) R-278827 Vollzeit / unbefristet / E12K Interner Titel: Financial & Statutory Reporting Accountant In dieser Position berichten Sie an den Senior Manager Financial Accounting und übernehmen eine zentrale Rolle bei der Erstellung von Abschlüssen, dem Reporting sowie der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung von Accounting-Prozessen in einem internationalen Konzernumfeld. Die Position: Sie erstellen Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse nach IFRS, HGB und Konzernrichtlinien. Sie verantworten Bilanzabstimmungen, Standardbuchungen und die fachliche Prüfung von Buchungen operativer Einheiten.
Sie beurteilen komplexe bilanzielle Sachverhalte und bereiten fundierte Entscheidungsvorlagen vor. Sie unterstützen die Erstellung von Forecasts, Budgets sowie Cashflow-Planungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den relevanten Finance-Funktionen. Sie wirken bei statistischen Meldungen und behördlichen Berichterstattungen mit.
Sie identifizieren Optimierungs-, Automatisierungs- und Kontrollpotenziale innerhalb der Accounting-Prozesse. Sie unterstützen interne und externe Audits sowie Wirtschafts- und Steuerprüfungen. Sie arbeiten aktiv in Projekten und bereichsübergreifenden Initiativen im Accounting-Umfeld mit.
Womit Sie überzeugen: Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, beispielsweise als Industriekaufmann/-frau. Weiterbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/x) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation im Rechnungswesen/Accounting. Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (mindestens 4-5 Jahre) im Bereich Finanzbuchhaltung, Abschlusserstellung und Reporting.
Sehr gute Kenntnisse der Rechnungslegung nach IFRS und HGB. Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit steuerlichen Fragestellungen im Abschlussumfeld. Fundierte Kenntnisse in SAP FI/CO sowie idealerweise FinanceCore.
Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift, Englisch mindestens Level 2.
