About the Team: The Sanofi Patient Support Services (PSS) Affordability Center of Excellence (COE) is a team whose mission is to design and govern modular, flexible and scalable affordability solutions that deliver measurable value for both patients and the enterprise, while evolving with a rapidly changing policy and payer landscape. Our team operates as strategic partners, program architects, operators, and problem solvers.

We are seeking an Associate Director, PAP Operations, to join our team. Position Overview: The Associate Director, PAP Operations, will enable operational excellence and implement best practices to support PAP programs. This program will report to the Director, PAP & Free Goods Programs within the Affordability COE.

This role is responsible for the management and implementation of DUPIXENT PAP strategy and may support day-to-day operational oversight and management of other therapeutic areas as needed. This role ensures that the PAP offering operates effectively and evolves in response to market dynamics, supporting patient access to therapies. Main Responsibilities: Program Management & Operations • Guide and enhance the management of PAP Program(s), including ensuring all SOPs, business rules, process flows and procedures represent best practices from an enterprise-wide Affordability COE perspective. • Ensure smooth implementation of PAP services for new product indications. • Support Medicare annual re-enrollment (AR) planning and workflow with HUB vendor including staffing needs, business rule and process alignment, weekly dashboard reporting. • Monitor changes to Medicare/Medicaid policies and implement and refine processes and/or business rules that align with current landscape (e.g.

Low Income Subsidy (LIS), Medicare Prescription Payment Plan (M3P)). • Develop inventory management protocol with Free Goods pharmacy, ensuring cycle counts are performed and reconciled against shipments. Develop a product forecast to ensure inventory needed for PAP programs appropriate for current health insurance and access landscape. • Manage patient case escalations as needed. • Partner with brand PSS Team(s) and Hub Vendor to streamline CRM update requests. • Ensure all vendors are complaint with regulatory and AE/PV reporting requirements and the Patient Program Tracker reporting requirements. Program Enhancements • Implement Affordability enhancements related to PAP and/or Free Goods programs ensuring project plans, deliverables, budgets, and timelines for the program(s) meet enterprise needs. • Analyze program reports, dashboards, and trends to make recommendations that continuously improve service delivery and better meets patient needs. • Partner with brand PSS Team(s) and Hub Vendor team to identify opportunities for improvement through quarterly business reviews Program Communications • Collaborate and communicate cross-functionally as needed and appropriate with FRMs, PSS Stakeholders, Brand Stakeholders, Analytics & Reporting, Platform, Digital, Legal, and compliance teams about program updates and changes. • Work with internal PSS brand team(s) to ensure HUB vendor has appropriate program training resources available to them. • Determine resources that may be needed for Field Teams related to PAP and Free Goods and develop in partnership with our agency of record as well as internal brand marketing teams and internal stakeholders.

About You: Basic Qualifications: • BA/BS degree in required. • 7+ years of experience in affordability program management, patient support services, case management, hub services, or a related field within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. • Excellent understanding of patient affordability issues, access dynamics, policy and payer landscape in the U.S. healthcare system, and best practices in manufacturer free goods programs. • Ability to travel up to 25% of time. Preferred Qualifications: • Ability to create compelling narratives via PowerPoint presentations. • Be a leader for change. • Advanced degree (MBA, MFin) preferred. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders. • Experience working in cross-functional roles and collaborating with leadership teams. • Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical with the ability to identify trends and implement improvements. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to adapt to change in a high-energy and fast-paced environment. • Ability to influence without authority, including presenting a business case / proposal for change to senior management. • Ability to provide clear guidance to analytics and reporting teams to enable simple, yet effective and insightful, free goods dashboards. North America Applicants Only The salary range for this position is: $148,500.00 - $214,500.00 All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience.
