About this role
The Position Join our Global Compliance & Integrity Internal Investigations team and help drive investigation excellence. As a Compliance & Integrity Manager, you will lead internal investigations, leverage data and AI to strengthen compliance outcomes, and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to foster a culture of integrity and accountability. This position has a hybrid setup approximately 2 – 3 days per week on site.
Tasks & responsibilities You will lead or support internal investigations into potential violations of the Code of Conduct, company policies, compliance requirements, or applicable laws by planning and executing investigation strategies, conducting witness interviews, collecting evidence, analyzing facts, and preparing investigation reports. Based on your findings, you will develop objective conclusions and recommend corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) to address identified risks, control weaknesses, and underlying root causes. You will drive the continuous improvement of investigation methodologies, governance frameworks, reporting standards, processes, templates, and training materials to strengthen investigation quality and effectiveness.
By leveraging data analytics and reporting tools, you will identify trends, emerging risks, and root causes while developing dashboards, KPIs, and management reports that increase transparency around case handling and remediation outcomes. You will identify and implement responsible AI-enabled solutions that enhance investigation efficiency, risk detection, knowledge management, and decision-making. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you will ensure investigations are conducted in accordance with legal, regulatory, and company requirements while fostering a culture of integrity, accountability, procedural fairness, and continuous improvement.
Requirements Master's degree or equivalent in Law, Compliance, Business Administration, Audit, Forensics, Data Analytics, or a related field Relevant experience in compliance, internal investigations, legal, audit, risk management, forensic review, operational excellence, or data-driven compliance functions Experience conducting or supporting sensitive investigations, including interviews, evidence review, root-cause analysis, reporting, and remediation recommendations Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex information and data into practical insights and recommendations Interest in data analytics, AI-enabled solutions, automation, and continuous improvement Strong project management and stakeholder management skills in a global environment Excellent communication skills, sound judgment, discretion, and high ethical standards Fluency in English; German is a plus As part of our commitment to transparency and fairness, salary information will be shared during the recruitment process.
