Role reports to: DIR DEMANDA MERCADO Location: North America, United States, New Jersey, Summit Work Location: Hybrid What you will do As a member of the North America Global Plan Excellence (GPEx) team, the Senior Manager, NA Supply Planning Excellence leads regional supply planning process excellence, governance and transformation across the North America Planning organization. The role owns and continuously improves core supply planning processes, including Supply Network Planning (SNP) and Production Planning (PP), inventory and supply planning performance management, while partnering closely with Global Process Owners, Technology, Data and regional Supply Chain teams to ensure standard process adoption and measurable business value. The Senior Manager translates business needs into scalable planning capabilities, supports design and deployment of advanced planning solutions, and drives readiness, adoption, hypercare and stabilization for new system and process implementations across the Supply Planning organization.

The role is accountable for strengthening end-to-end planning maturity, improving service, cash and cost outcomes, and enabling consistent ways of working across United States and Canada through strong governance, change leadership and cross-functional collaboration. Key responsibilities Lead regional Supply Planning process roadmap development, aligned with global planning strategy, regional priorities and business stakeholder needs. Own governance for SNP-PP, inventory management and supply planning processes, ensuring robust infrastructure for process compliance, performance metrics, decision quality and cash governance.

Drive future-state process design, harmonization and documentation, ensuring regional ways of working are compliant with global standards and simple to execute. Translate business requirements into scalable planning capabilities, partnering with IT, Global Process Owners, Data and implementation partners on SAP, S/4HANA and Kinaxis solution design. Lead deployment readiness for new planning systems and processes, including business testing, UAT, cutover readiness, hypercare, stabilization and issue resolution.

Develop and execute change management, communications, training and adoption strategies to embed new capabilities across the Supply Planning organization. Partner with Supply Chain, Technology, Commercial, Finance, Manufacturing, Distribution, Procurement and Quality stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities and resolve cross-functional planning barriers. Monitor KPIs, benefits realization and planning maturity, using data-driven insights to identify risks, prioritize corrective actions and sustain continuous improvement.

Lead capability-building routines for planners and process specialists, including training, coaching, skill-gap assessment and reinforcement of standard ways of working. Represent the region in global process forums and planning transformation governance, ensuring regional requirements are understood and global design decisions can be implemented effectively. Manage and develop Business Process Specialists supporting SNP-PP, Inventory Management and related supply planning processes.

What we are Looking for Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; MBA/Master's preferred. 8–10+ years of progressive experience in Supply Chain Planning, Supply Planning, Demand Planning, IBP, manufacturing, customer service, distribution or IT-enabled planning transformation Experience implementing and deploying advanced planning systems is required; Kinaxis experience is preferred Ability to travel up to 15% domestically and internationally. Preferred Qualifications: Proven experience driving adoption of new systems, processes and capabilities across a Supply Planning organization is strongly preferred.

Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain planning, supply planning, inventory governance, SNP-PP, IBP and the interdependencies across Plan, Make, Deliver, Procurement, Quality, Commercial and Finance. Advanced planning systems experience, including SAP ERP and SAP S/4HANA; Kinaxis RapidResponse / Maestro experience strongly preferred. Strong process ownership mindset with demonstrated ability to design, deploy, govern and continuously improve standard planning processes and metrics.

Proven change management capability to build organizational readiness, engage stakeholders, communicate effectively, train users and sustain adoption after go-live. Program leadership skills, including roadmap management, milestone tracking, risk management, issue resolution, agile ways of working and benefits realization. Data-driven decision-making, analytical rigor and ability to translate performance insights into prioritized improvement actions.

Strong business acumen, including understanding of service, cash, cost and P&L impacts in a consumer business environment. Influence without authority, executive communication and stakeholder management across a matrixed global and regional organization. Collaborative leadership, facilitation, coaching and people development capabilities, with ability to lead teams through ambiguity and transformation.
