Operations Analyst - VIE Contract Location: United States of America, Cambridge Target start date: 01/12/2026 iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28. PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship. PLEASE NOTE that applications that are only submitted in French cannot be considered by our non-French speaking partners at Sanofi worldwide.
Therefore, only applications that are submitted in English will be considered. Please make sure to apply with your personal email address. About the job As Operations Analyst VIE within our Business Development team, you’ll support Alliance Management (AM) and Business Development (BD) functions.
The role is responsible for leveraging AI, advanced analytics, CRM platforms, and diverse internal and external data sources to generate actionable insights that inform strategic decision making by the Partnering Leadership Team (LT). Main responsibilities: Apply Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning (AI/ML) and data science to AM and BD datasets; drive evidence-based decisions for Partnering LT. Lead platform optimization for Salesforce tools (MyAlliance, MyPartnering) across AM and BD.
Key performance indicator (KPI) & Reporting: Design scalable, customizable AI-powered dashboards and reports for the Partnering LT; Manage and enhance the Alliance dashboard, including expansion Research to Development (R&D), to support reporting of partnering activities to R&D stakeholders. Develop and deliver compelling presentations and slide decks for senior leadership; translate complex analytics into clear, actionable narratives for non-technical audiences. Build and present business cases to support strategic partnering decisions.
Proactively engage with BD and AM stakeholders to identify unmet needs and operational gaps; conduct user needs assessments and translate findings into actionable solutions. Identify gaps in data, reporting, or workflows; propose innovative ideas and process improvements based on stakeholder feedback and pain points . Process Optimization: Redesign AM and BD workflows using data-driven insights to reduce manual effort and boost efficiency.
About you Experience: Experience building and presenting business cases will be a plus. Experience in project management or consulting will be a plus. Soft and technical skills: Proficiency in Power BI, or equivalent.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong problem-solving skills. Familiarity with Salesforce/CRM platforms.
Education: Master's degree with strong AI/ML and data analytics background. Languages: Fluent English (written & verbal). Why choose us?
