Role Overview Support daily PAP operations and transaction flow Ensure execution aligns with SOP, timeline, and data accuracy Handle communication with patients, doctors, pharmacies, and distributors To maintain constant and direct communication with Program Manager. Monitor patient schedule, escalate discrepancies and support issue resolution. Respond promptly to queries Verifies patient registration details Verifies patient invoices/receipts Verifies patient prescription Follow up patient to check medication dispensing & receipts Update and maintain internal databases Provide operational support as directed by stakeholders.
