As the OEC leader, you report through the AbbVie Office of Ethics & Compliance organization and are responsible for leading, executing, and continuously enhancing the local Ethics & Compliance Program in alignment with company standards and applicable legal and regulatory requirements. The OEC Senior Manager serves as the primary in-country advisor on anti-corruption and broader compliance matters, while acting as a strategic business partner to enable responsible business initiatives through practical, risk-based guidance. This role is expected to work closely with affiliate leadership and key cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen a culture of integrity, support sound decision-making, and ensure the effective operation of core compliance program elements, including governance forums, monitoring, training, third-party risk management, and due diligence.
Job Responsibilities

Education
- ✓Bachelor’s degree required.
- ✓Advanced degree in Law, Business, Finance, Audit, Regulatory, or a related field is preferred.
Experience
- ✓Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in Compliance.
- ✓Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience, including ownership of priorities, stakeholder management, projects, programs, and/or people leadership.
- ✓Strong experience in designing, implementing, and sustaining compliance programs.
- ✓Experience in multinational companies and highly regulated environments strongly preferred.
- ✓Experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical devices, or other regulated life sciences industries is preferred.
- ✓Experience supporting business functions in a strategic partnering capacity is highly valued.
