The Role Are you ready to elevate your marketing career? An exciting opportunity for a Marketing Manager has arisen within our Front Line Care (FLC) team. In this role you will lead a small Product Management team, work on improving marketing strategies, enhancing market positioning, driving campaigns, managing portfolios, contributing to product innovation, and growing market share across our Front Line Care(Welch Allyn) portfolio.
Reporting to the Head of FLC/Connected Care, you will work on marketing and sales campaigns, effective portfolio and budget management; new product innovation while collaborating cross-functionally to ensure market insights and opportunities are easily integrated into the overarching business strategy for growth. This role is based in Old Toongabbie, Sydney office. About You We're looking for a strategic marketing leader with experience in healthcare, medtech, diagnostics or medical devices.
You'll drive portfolio growth, lead product launches, develop go-to-market strategies and deliver strong commercial outcomes. You'll partner across Sales, Clinical, Medical Affairs, Government Affairs, Pricing and Global teams to bring innovation to market and maximise portfolio performance. Success in this role requires strong commercial and leadership capability, including budget and P&L management, stakeholder engagement and experience building high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of annual marketing and growth strategies Drive portfolio performance through product launches, campaigns, pricing and lifecycle management Partner with Sales, Medical Affairs, Government Affairs, Pricing and Global teams to accelerate growth and bring innovation to market Use customer, market and financial insights to identify opportunities and optimise commercial outcomes Own portfolio performance, including forecasting, budget management and P&L delivery Build strong relationships with customers, key opinion leaders and other external stakeholders Lead cross-functional projects, tenders and business initiatives to support strategic priorities Develop and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering collaboration, capability and engagement. Key Requirements Tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, Science or a related discipline is highly desired Significant Marketing experience in healthcare, medical devices, diagnostics or a related industry Proven ability to develop strategy and translate insights into commercial results Experience managing budgets, forecasting and portfolio performance Proven or emerging people leader with the ability to coach, develop and inspire others while fostering a high-performing, collaborative team culture Exceptional stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing skills Strong commercial acumen and project management capability Collaborative, customer-focused and results-driven approach. #li-baxgen #LI-JB1 #ind-aus Equal Employment Opportunity Baxter is an equal opportunity employer.
